This weekly (Tuesdays 4.30-6.30pm), facilitated group will help you explore your relationship with yourself and others, increasing your self-awareness and available options.
We will do so by sharing present experiences, thoughts and feelings in a supportive and compassionate space.
Together we will learn effective coping skills such as upholding healthy boundaries by standing in our truth and not side-lining ourselves.
