“What Happens Now the Children Have Gone?”
How do I prepare to let go?
How do I parent now, what do I do?
Will my son or daughter be ok without me?
How do I care differently?
What is my role now as a mother or father?
What happens when my son or daughter are not ok?
Let us explore these questions together and create new opportunities.
What: A support group for parents who identify with the above questions.
How Much: R230 per session with a commitment for first three sessions
