This workshop explores how to represent your inner child allows him/ her to be seen & heard by others in a safe and respectful way . It is about exploring our current strategies of protection and our options around those.
What qualities would we like our ‘boundaries’ to have and how do we know where they lie?

Disarming the Inner Critic: daring greatly
Friday 15th May
Healing the Past: meeting needs
Friday 12th June

Re-claiming Joy:
The Playful Child: practicing acceptance
Friday 24th July
The Creative Child: building trust
Friday 21st August
The Spiritual Child: knowingness & belonging
Friday 18th September

We will use powerful Inner Child healing processes (inspired by the work of Lucia Cappachione) and exercises influenced by Mindfulness practice, Non-violent Communication and the work of Brene Brown, to establish a safe and creative space in which to engage new experiences.

Facilitator:
Katy Menell is a registered counsellor with a background in Inner Child work that has inspired her to create spaces for others to use the power of their imagination to change their lives.

Wonderful and useful. I made real progress in a day, which always pleasantly surprises me!…This is most important work.” Julia Clark, past workshop participant.

“I loved the ease, the safety and patience with which I could connect with my inner child. Beautifully crafted and held by Katy” Anon, past participant.
