Do you silence/ deny your anger?
Do you vent your anger in a way that leaves you feeling helpless and powerless?
Would you like to learn how to use your anger as a vehicle for change?
“Anger is a signal and one worth listening to?”
Anger, like all feelings, deserves our attention and respect. Finding ways to listen to anger rather than to ‘swallow it’ or ‘act out’ on it, allows it to become a powerful vehicle for change and clarify what we want and need.
We will use powerful experiential processes, drawing from the 12 Step Program, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness practice, Inner Child work, Non-violent Communication and the work of Harriet Lerner, to set up a safe and creative space to engage new experiences.
