Parenting is a relationship that invites us to overcome our limitations and adapt to change. Adolescence is a threshold time for both parents and children that offer both challenges and valuable opportunities for growth.
These challenges do not have to be faced alone.
This group provides a safe and supportive environment where parents of adolescents and young adults can reflect on what they would like to change and develop creative responses in line with their own values and intentions.
Cost: R240 per group with a minimum of 3 groups.
