Workshop on Wholeheartedness: managing vulnerability, shame & accessing the gifts of     imperfection
Inspired by the work of Brene Brown we will take participants through experiential processes that develop capacity to manage

vulnerability & shame and access their hidden gifts. Friday 13th September 9am-4pm.  Cost R780. Facilitated by Jean & Katy.

Workshop on Re-parenting the Inner Child: developing Nurturing & Protective Inner Parents

Our relationship with ourselves is modeled on our relationship with our early care-givers.  Drawing on the work of Lucia Cappachione, this day uses powerful experiential processes to change in-built relationship habits, through transforming the relationship with self. Friday 18th October 9am-4pm. Cost R780. Facilitated by Jean & Katy

Parent self-development Program

This 6-session program offers parents a supportive environment to address challenges and find creative solutions in line with their personal values. Next commences on Tuesday 13th August 17h30-19h00. Cost R1350 per individual, R2500 per couple. Facilitated by Jonathan Mitchell and Katy Menell.

Adolescent Self-development Program

An 6-session program, offering a supportive space for adolescents to develop the skills to respond constructively to life challenges and address any self-defeating behaviours that may have arisen. Next series commencing on Thursday 15th August 17h30-19h00. Cost R1850 including assessment & family session. Facilitated by Jonathan Mitchell and Desiree Martin.

Creativity Classes

Embark on an inner journey to discover your creativity!

These classes will help you uncover your creative potential and discover your soul symbols as powerful tools for personal and professional growth. Traditional and non-traditional materials will be used in a relaxed and safe space. Wednesdays 18h00-20h30. Cost R170 for drop-in or R640 per month (materials and tea & coffee included). Facilitated by Sue Kaplan.

Group Coaching Program
